Community Outreach in Dunedin

Dunedin, also known as “Doggy Dunedin,” is a close-knit, pet-friendly community. We couldn’t be happier to call it home, and we hope to spend as many years as possible caring for the pets and people who share this home with us. Below you'll find information about our community outreach in Dunedin.

Suncoast Animal League

Paws and Claws is proud to partner with Suncoast Animal League, a non-profit, no-kill, no-time-limit animal rescue that aids both domestic animals and local wildlife. They mostly rely on volunteer foster families in the area to love and care for their rescues until they find their forever homes. Visit their website if you'd like to donate, see their upcoming events, adopt a pet, or volunteer!

Mutt Madness

In March 2019, we participated in the 13th Annual Mutt Madness event, which included dog adoptions, a “Ride 4 the Animals” cycling event, various pet-themed vendors, dancing, food, and a low-cost vaccination clinic. We hope to participate in many more events like this so we can build a lasting relationship with the Dunedin community.
